Most Consultations last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour –it all depends on your situation and the complexity of your case. We are more than happy to schedule your consultation over the phone or through email, whatever works best for you. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will then meet with principal attorney Jeffery L. Heath; either, in his Costa Mesa office, over the phone, or at another predetermined location (usually a Starbucks).
During your meeting, Jeffery will give you a full case evaluation in which he goes over your situation and options, and answers any questions you might have. The consultation offered is 100% free and confidential. Additionally, there is no pressure to retain legal services during the consultation –the only goal is to provide you with sound and informed counsel.
