A personal note…

I’m a sole practitioner in Orange County, California. I opened my law practice in January of 1997 with the goal of providing individuals with zealous, thoughtful, and reasonably priced legal services.

I practice Family Law because I believe it is important to help parents develop and maintain relationships with their children and to help spouses preserve their lifestyle when their marriage is no longer working. I practice DUI and Criminal Defense because I believe every person is entitled fair representation and treatment through the judicial system.

I am passionate about practicing law, and I am passionate about securing the best possible outcome for my clients.

Most Consultations last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour –it all depends on your situation and the complexity of your case. We are more than happy to schedule your consultation over the phone or through email, whatever works best for you. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will then meet with principal attorney Jeffery L. Heath; either, in his Costa Mesa office, over the phone, or at another predetermined location (usually a Starbucks).
